Design & Dwell Homes owner, Wendy Anguiano, is a fifteen-year veteran in the creative fashion industry and brings her artistic eye to the home design and staging world. Also an artist and expert in marketing and television, and with several years of administrative experience, Wendy has the ability to marry the corporate world with the creative world to bring a cohesive, timeless, unique design to her clients. Her creativity gives her the expertise to provide customers with excellent designs specific to their tastes.
Nathan
Nathan Anguiano is a financial navigator and problem solver with more than 20 years of senior-level executive experience gained within a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm as well as large corporate entities. Known for creatively and prudently positioning organizational finances for the immediate, medium, and long-term future. Nathan brings this financial perspective, an eye for details, and professionalism which complements Wendy’s creative talents to serve our customers.
Diedre
Deidre Anguiano is the most recent recruit to Design and Dwell Homes. As a junior interior designer, she is learning the intricate details of design under her mother Wendy. Her background in photography and digital art combined with her attention to detail brings a fresh creative eye to the world of furnishing and design. Having previously worked in corporate asset management, she adds valued organizational skills to our team. Putting her quick learning skills to work, she is eagerly stepping forward into this new chapter with us.
Taylor
Taylor O'Neal is the newest addition to the Design & Dwell Homes team. As the executive assistant to Wendy and Nathan, she looks forward to using her organizational skills, attention to detail, and creativity to provide communication and a helping hand to clients and her team during the process of remodeling or designing. As a longtime resident of the area, she enjoys getting to work with the variety of people relocating from every part of the world to live on the world's most beautiful beaches.
