Design & Dwell Homes owner, Wendy Anguiano, is a fifteen-year veteran in the creative fashion industry and brings her artistic eye to the home design and staging world.  Also an artist and expert in marketing and television, and with several years of administrative experience, Wendy has the ability to marry the corporate world with the creative world to bring a cohesive, timeless, unique design to her clients.  Her creativity gives her the expertise to provide customers with excellent designs specific to their tastes.

Nathan Anguiano is a financial navigator and problem solver with more than 20 years of senior-level executive experience gained within a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm as well as large corporate entities. Known for creatively and prudently positioning organizational finances for the immediate, medium, and long-term future. Nathan brings this financial perspective, an eye for details, and professionalism which complements Wendy’s creative talents to serve our customers.

As the saying goes, “like mother, like daughter,” Deidre Anguiano has a natural talent for design with her inherent creative abilities. Joining our team, she was new to interior design but quickly worked her way up, and she has proven herself to be a talented designer as well as a valuable asset to the Design & Dwell team. Her background in photography and digital art combined with her attention to detail brings a fresh perspective to the world of furnishing and design. Also, having previously worked in corporate asset management, she adds valued organizational skills that have helped Design & Dwell become more efficient and effective.

AnnaMarie Hall is a Junior Interior Designer at Design and Dwell with a passion for creating inviting, functional spaces that reflect each client's unique style. Originally from Bainbridge, Georgia, she graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Interior Design and has gained hands-on experience through internships in both New York City and St. Simons Island. AnnaMarie blends her Southern roots with a love for timeless, elevated design, bringing fresh perspective and attention to detail to every project.

Emily Bowers, a Pensacola native, serves as the Business Development Associate and Junior Interior Designer at Design and Dwell. With a deep-rooted connection to the Gulf Coast, Emily is passionate about bringing Design and Dwell's signature style and service into Pensacola and the surrounding communities. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of West Florida and has a diverse background supporting applied human performance research studies at the Florida Institute for Human and Machine Cognition, where she managed and orchestrated several ongoing projects. Emily also served as the Senior Account Manager for Pensacola City Lifestyle magazine, where she helped foster new local relationships and supported businesses with their advertising needs. Her local insight, paired with her eye for design and talent for building meaningful client relationships, plays a key role in expanding the firm’s footprint in the region. Emily is committed to providing exceptional service to clients seeking personalized design experiences that bring their vision.
